Shipment information for orders processed by me

Domestic: I ship via GoGo Express for Metro Manila and LBC Express for provincial.

International: I ship via PhlPost (Philippine Postal Corporation).

I may ship via FedEx or other forms of express shipping. If you prefer this method, please contact me at chiqui@chiquicreates.com and I will send you a custom invoice via PayPal or PayMongo (for credit cards or debit cards), whichever you prefer.

Note: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on where they are fulfilled. More information on my print providers below.

For Residents of EU Countries and the United Kingdom

Please note that due to international trade rules, there will likely be additional VAT and/or customs charges for you once your order arrives in your country. These customs charges are your responsibility.

I do not collect VAT on my website and I am not liable for additional VAT and/or customs charges.

Processing Time for All Locations/Printers

All on-hand orders are processed within 7-14 business days.
All made-to-order orders are processed within 14 - 22 business days.
All preorders are processed within 22 - 44 business days. Please refer to the item listing for specific preorder timelines.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Preorder Shipping

Preorders will be shipped once items are in my hand and have been graded accordingly. Estimate of when preorders will arrive are detailed in the individual listings. Please refer to the individual listings with regards to manufacturing timelines.

Kindly note that manufacturing timelines are only an estimate and that there can be unforeseen delays during the manufacturing process. You will be alerted via email (if you have signed up for updates) and announcements will be made on my social media if there are manufacturing delays.

If you added additional on-hand items along with your preorder, these items will be shipped with your preorder. If you wish for these on-hand items to be shipped earlier, please make a separate order for them.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates for GoGo Express, LBC Express, and PhlPost

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimate is in addition to processing times stated. This means that you would need to add the processing time to the delivery estimates.

Domestic (GoGo Express or LBC): 2-7 business days.

International:

Standard Shipping (No Tracking): 30-182 business days.

Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): 30 - 182 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the current pandemic.

Shipment information for merchandise processed by Printify

Printify utilizes various manufacturers to produce, pack, and send out packages.

Here is a general estimate of shipping with Printify:

USA: 2-5 Business Days
Canada: 10-30 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10-30 Business Days

Beeoux fulfills orders either in the US or Germany, depending on your location.

Here is a general estimate of shipping with Beeoux:

Jewelry

USA: 2-5 Business Days
Europe: 3-5 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10-30 Business Days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Chiqui Creates does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Chiqui Creates ships to most countries except for Afghanistan, Austria, Cuba, Honduras, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Rwanda, Somalia, Syria, United Republic Of Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Please note that in addition to the countries listed above, Chiqui Creates is unable to send mail to countries with international inbound postal mail service suspensions due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please check with your local postal service regarding international inbound mail suspensions before making an order.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Local Delivery via GoGo Express or LBC: You will receive your tracking number as soon as the order is processed.

Tracked Shipping (Registered Mail): You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 weeks.

I may ship via FedEx or other forms of express shipping. If you prefer this method, please contact me at chiqui@chiquicreates.com and I will send you a custom invoice via PayPal or PayMongo (for credit cards or debit cards), whichever you prefer.

Via External Print & Ship Providers (Printify, Beeoux, Gelato): Please refer to the email sent by them for your confirmation and order tracking.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Chiqui Creates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Loss

Chiqui Creates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

These items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Charity items
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Refunds and Cancellations

I do not offer cancellations.

For mail that has not been received: I do not offer refunds for mail that has been lost, sent to the wrong address, or similar. Please ensure that you have the correct address in your order.

For mail that has been returned to me due to failure to pick up, wrong address, or similar: After confirmation that the order has been returned and received by me, you will have two options:

I will resend at shipping cost to you, the customer, or;

I will process your full refund minus cost of shipping.

After order is returned to me via mail at cost to customer/sender: Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your Paypal account or Credit or Debit account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on Paypal's or your credit card's return policies.

Shipping on Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
